Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Paradise Western Company! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed

• All original tags must be attached
   

All eligible returns will be refunded in the form of store credit. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.

Please Note:

• Custom-shaped hats, sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned

• Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase
